Authenticity - we are always thinking about and discussing the alignment between our activities and the interests of our ‘clients’. We almost always have more than one ‘client’ on every assignment (eg, the participant, their manager) and strive to deal directly and openly with ambiguous and complex issues.


Closeness - we take the time to really get to know our clients, both as people and understanding their business context and challenges. We often get feedback that this is one of the key reasons that organisations choose to partner with us, and has contributed substantially to our longer tem relationships with many organisations (typically between 5 and 10 years).


Commerciality - we are not ‘feel good’ psychologists; we understand the intersection between the services we provide as psychologists and the business outcomes our clients need. To achieve this balance, we only use highly experienced consultants (15 years+), with diverse business backgrounds, who can step between psychological processes and theories, and the business context and reality.


Professionalism - most of our consultants are fully qualified and registered psychologists, which provides a strong technical and ethical framework from which to operate. We have access to the latest in psychological research and leadership theory, and look to incorporate this thinking into the design and delivery of our services.
